• What seating options are available?

Tannery Pond Concerts offers two levels of seating, both unreserved. There are 200 seats available on the ground floor and 75 (at a slightly reduced ticket price) in the balcony. The hall is opened approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of each concert and all seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. • May I pay for my ticket(s) when I arrive for the concert?

Tickets may be purchased with cash or by check at the door subject to availability. As concerts are frequently sold out, it is recommended that tickets be purchased ahead of time.

• How do I add my name and address to the mailing list?

• How do I receive the annual program guide?

To receive the annual program guide (mailed in the April), benefit information, and other announcements sent by surface mail, send your name and complete address to info@TanneryPondConcerts.org.

• Where do I park for the concert?

Upon arrival at Mount Lebanon Shaker Village / Darrow School, parking attendants will direct you to the parking field, a two- to three-minute walk to the Tannery. There is limited parking along the road usually reserved for those with limited mobility.

• Is there parking and concert hall access for those with limited mobility?

Designated parking is available close to the building for people with limited mobility. There are two steps up to the front door; volunteers are standing by to assist as needed with the steps.

• Are food or beverages available at Tannery?

Light snacks and hot and cold beverages from the Old Chatham Country Store are available for purchase half an hour before the concert and during intermission. Concert-goers are also invited to bring their own food and beverages and picnic on the playing field adjacent to the Tannery prior to concerts.
